Advanced Matte Player
New Advanced Matte Player features support of system fonts for precise representation of oriental characters.
Features

Advanced Matte Player has Information Panel where Presenter Info and Presentation Info are shown. Title Bar and Control Panel allows you to customize playback and navigation options. Presentation Info panel contains 5 tabs:

Outline Tab - shows slide titles

Thumbnails Tab - shows slide thumbnails
-
Notes Tab - shows notes of the current slide
-
Search Tab - allows text searching in slides
-
References Tab - displays references and attachments for the presentation.
Screen Modes
There is a Screen mode button which switches player between Advanced, Wide and Mini screen modes cyclically.


While in the Mini mode both Information Panel and Control Panel disappear. There is a small navigation panel which allows drawing ink annotation, controlling playback and returning to advanced mode.

There is a Fullscreen button in the top right corner that switches the player between fullscreen and normal mode.

Ink Annotation Tool
The advanced player allows adding ink annotations to slides during
presentation. With this feature you can emphasize slide elements using
Pen and Highlighter tools. You can
easily erase the marks you don't need any more with the
Eraser tool. These tools are available in the control
panel.
To deactivate current ink tool click its button again.

Notes:
- Pen and Highlighter colors can be defined in player customization window.
- Automatic slide transition is not performed when one of ink tools is active.
Advanced Matte Player Customization
To tune Advanced Matte Player click Customize button in the Publish window.

A new widow will be opened and you will see the balloon which points the button you need to click next.

After clicking on this button you will get to the Player Customization window where you can choose the option you want to adjust.

Player customization window consist of several pages. Each page contains various settings which can be reset to default state with Reset defaults button. To reset settings in all pages click the Restore all settings button.
1. Color Settings
In color settings page you can select one of the predefined color themes.

You can also define your own colors for the player elements. Just click the item you want to change and pick the color from the palette or type its RGB value into the appropriate field. The chosen color is applied immediately.

You can also pick one of the 6 latest colors from small color boxes. You can click the bottom half of the large color box to return to the original color.

2. Title Bar customization
This tab allows you to customize appearance and playback options on the presentation header field.

3. Company and Presenter customization
This page allows you to customize the way the company logo and presenter information are displayed.

You can change caption of More/Less info button which is used to show and hide presenter details. The presenter details can be specified in the presenter tab of publish window.
4. Information Tabs customization
Slide show information is displayed in several tabs. Tabs order can be simply rearranged by dragging.

Each tab has its own customization page which allows you to show or hide the tab or customize its content, e.g. translate it into your native language. To hide or show the tab, use the check box in the corresponding page.
1. Outline tab customization
You can change the title of outline tab typing the new title in the appropriate field. Use Multi-level navigation option to control whether to display mutlilevel navigation in the Player or show all slides in a presentation at one level.

2. Thumbnails tab customization
You can enable/disable the thumbnails tab and change the title of the tab typing the new title in the appropriate field. If you check Enable zoom effect option, thumbnails enlarge when user moves mouse cursor over them. Show extra large thumbnails in tooltip showcases slide snapshot when checked and it offers two sizes to your choice Large and Extra large.

3. Notes tab customization
This page allows changing Notes tab title and the way slide duration is represented.

There are 2 special values used to represent slide duration - {MINUTES} and {SECONDS}.
For example, to represent slide duration in the following way:
Time: 00:35
type
Time: {MINUTES} : {SECONDS}
4. Search tab customization
This page allows you to edit the labels in the search tab.

5. References tab customization.
You can change the title of references tab typing the new title in the appropriate field.

5. Control Panel customization
This page allows tuning the appearance and functionality of the control panel. You can adjust the navigation of your presentation by slides or by steps. To customize the slideshow timeline choose the timeline type from the drop-down list. Click the appropriate color box to customize pen and highlighter colors.

6. Miscellaneous
In this section you can set player width and height or make player occupy a Flash Player window. To apply your system fonts for proper representation of oriental characters, tick Use system fonts and click OK.
