Sorting

You can sort data in any column by text (A to Z or Z to A), numbers (smallest to largest or largest to smallest), and dates and times (oldest to newest and newest to oldest). To sort data in a table, click a corresponding column title. A small black triangle to the right of the column title will show the sort order (ascending or descending). Clicking the same column title again will toggle the sort order.

Search and Filter

Using search box to filter data is a quick and easy way to find subset of items in a list or table.

To use a filter, start typing a name of the item you want to find in the text field with the magnifying glass icon. Whenever this field is modified, the system updates a list or a table to display only those elements, which names contain the characters you typed.

To clear a filter, click Clear Filter or delete all characters you typed in the text field.

Navigation

The list of data on a page is displayed as a table with page navigation controls on the bottom.

To go to the next page, click Next; to go one page back, click Previous. To go to a certain page, click its number.

You may change the number of lines displayed on a single page by clicking the corresponding link in the right part of the panel.

Note: if a list fits into a single page, page navigation controls are not displayed.

Custom date range

  1. Click the calendar icon below the Date range drop-down menu (to the right of the "From … To" fields).

  2. Select the starting date in the From calendar (on the left) and the ending date in the To calendar (on the right).

  3. Click the Save button to apply your custom date range.
