Publish from iSpring products
Get iSpring software
You can download iSpring Presenter or iSpring Pro from a Download page of the iSpringSolutions website. Please refer to iSpring Pro and iSpring Presenter online documentation for more information on the trial versions limitations, licenses activations, etc.
Use iSpring products to publish content to iSpring Online
Please, follow a few simple steps for publishing your content from iSpring products to your iSpring online account.
It's necessary to specify your access parameters (/account details) in order to upload your content to iSpring Online. The good news is that iSpring products automatically remember your parameters once you've entered them. So you do not have to type it in every time you log in.
- In your PowerPoint window, select iSpring Presenter/iSpring Pro tab from the upper menu (for PowerPoint 2007) or find iSpring Presenter/iSpring Pro toolbar (for PowerPoint 2000-2003);
- Click Publish button and you will see "Publish to Flash" window;
- Select iSpring Online option on the left side menu;
- Click Edit Account... to open a dialog "iSpring Online account details";
- Enter Account URL, E-mail and Password that you use for logging in to iSpring Online and click OK;
- Click Publish button and you will see "Publish presentation to iSpring Online" while "Publish to Flash" will be minimized;
- Enter your content title, description and tags (separated by comma);
- Click Upload.
- Once your content is successfully uploaded, you will see the dialog "Uploading complete", that gives you options to either open your presentation in iSpring Online, or just finish publishing not going to iSpring Online.

Note: every element of your content has to have a unique title. If you put in the title that has been already given to any other element of your content, iSpring would offer you to either replace the existing element of your content or name the newly-uploaded file differently.
Publish content via online form
iSpring Online also allows to upload some types of content directly through the web-interface. So far the following types of content are supported:
- Flash clip (.SWF files)
- Flash video (.FLV files)
Please find the description on how to upload new content and/or replace existing elements in iSpring Online.
Note: By default your content will be uploaded directly through iSpring Online web-interface. You can turn it off unmarking Enable Manual Upload option at Publish Settings page under Account Settings.
Upload content
iSpring Online web-interface only allows to upload Flash clips (.SWF files) and Flash videos (.FLV files). To upload the files of the above types, please follow the instructions below:
- Select Content tab in the title menu and you will see “Manage Content” page with a list of the entire account content;
- Use Upload content link to open the “Upload” dialog;
- Click Browse... and select the file you are going to upload;
- Fill out the Title, Tags and Description blanks;
- Hit Upload and wait until the upload is completed;
- Click Done to finish the uploading process or Upload Another to continue uploading.
If content uploading through web-interface fails, please refer to iSpring FAQ base , iSpring Community Forum or contact our Support Team .
Replace content
iSpring Online web-interface only allows replacing of Flash clip (.SWF) and Flash video (.FLV). To replace the content of the above file types, please follow the instructions below:
- Select Content tab in the title menu and you will see “Manage Content” page with a list of the entire account content;
- Find the element that you would like to replace by paging, searching or tag filtering (find more information under “Manage Content”);
- Click Manage on a content element title to open “Manage Content Item” page;
- Hit Replace under the necessary content element thumbnail for a “Replace” dialog to appear;

Browse... and select the file you are going to upload;
Note: it will automatically filter your content to display only the files of the same type as you are replacing;
- Click Upload and wait until the process is completed;
- Click Done to get back to “Manage Content Item” page.
iSpring Online Video Tutorials
