Dashboard

Dashboard is the first page you see, when you’ve logged into the system. It houses indicators of the current state of your account and links to other parts of your portal. You can always return to this page by opening the Dashboard tab in the title menu.

Quick Stats

Key parameters of your account are displayed in the beginning of the page:

  • Groups of common users (My Groups),
  • Users grouped by their roles (My Users),
  • Content items grouped by their types (My Content).

Manage Content, Manage Users, or Manage Groups links lead to corresponding management pages of the portal.

Quick Reports

You can also generate short reports on your content, users, or groups on the Dashboard tab:

  • Popular Content – three most popular content items for the last seven days
  • Newest Content – three latest content items added for the last seven days
  • Active Users – three most active users for the last seven days
  • Active Groups – three most active groups for the last seven days

Refer to Other Settings to read how to add reports to the Dashboard page.

Note: the Dashboard page may take a little longer to load, when you add reports to this tab.
