Get iSpring software
iSpring Online is tightly integrated with the latest iSpring products for rich media and e-learning content authoring: iSpring Presenter and iSpring Pro. To evaluate all iSpring Online features, please download a trial version of iSpring Presenter 5.7 and get a free full-functional demo iSpring Online account at the Get a Free Trial License page. At the second step of this page, please click the "Create iSpring Online Trial Account" button and enter your personal information (Name, E-mail Address, Password) and account data (Account URL and Account Name) to gain your iSpring Online experience.
Once you complete this form and click the Save button, your account will be created and you will be automatically transferred to the “Dashboard” page with your account summary where you can add and manage presentations, users and user groups.
Managing iSpring Online Users and Groups
To proceed with adding users to your iSpring Online account, click the Manage Users link on the
Dashboard panel.
iSpring Online provides 3 roles for users: Administrators, Publishers and Private Viewers.
User privileges for each role are shown in the table below:
| Administrators | Publishers | Private Viewers | |
| Permissions |

|
You can assign the role for each user in your account by adding them to the corresponding group. A newly created account goes with 2 built-in user groups: Administrators (supervisors) and Publishers (teachers). These two groups cannot be deleted and let you add new users with administrative or publishing privileges. Administrators and Publishers can create and manage new groups to organize Private Viewers (students) and track e-learning activity for each group separately.
iSpring Online account owner (creator) has administrative privileges by default and can create Publishers (up to 10 users), Private Viewers or additional Administrators (up to 3 users).
Creating Teacher Users
Let’s start organize your account by adding teachers as users with publishing privileges. Click the Add New Users link at the “Users” page and fill out the form shown at the screenshot below. You can send an email notification with login info to each newly created user at iSpring Online ticking Email each user with their login information checkbox.
Creating Student Users and Organizing Them into Groups
The process of adding Student users as private viewers is similar to adding Teachers described above. The only difference is that you need to create a new group with limited privileges. You can create a student group right in the “Add Users” window by clicking the Create New Group link and specifying a group name.
