iSpring Online. On-Demand Learning Management System
iSpring Online is an easy-to-use hosted Learning Management System (LMS) that is tightly integrated with iSpring authoring tools.
Add Users and Groups
With flexible user management featured by iSpring Online hosted LMS you can add users by emailing invitations or import a large number of users straight from a CSV list. To start adding users, press the ‘Add Users’ button on the ‘Users’ tab, located in the ‘Manage Users’ web page.
Publish Content from iSpring Products
Publishing content to iSpring Online from iSpring authoring tools is extremely easy, only requiring a single click of your mouse. Simply specify your iSpring Online account in the settings of your iSpring tool and that's it!
Upload Third-Party Content
In iSpring Online there is also an easy and reliable way to add content, even if created with a third-party authoring tool, along with .PDF and .DOC(X) files. Simply press the ‘Upload Content’ button on the Content tab and browse for the required file.
Share Content
With iSpring Online hosted LMS sharing content is easier than ever. The link to the content is available on the ‘Share’ tab in the ‘Manage Content Item’ web page. Simply copy the link and send it to people to share your content. If you are sending the link to a private content item, make sure that access types are provided to the person you invite. It is possible to create a widget button, which you can place on your web page to take the user to a certain item.
Invite People to View Content via Email
The easiest way to invite people to view your content is to send invitations via email. This feature is available on the ‘Invite’ tab in the ‘Manage Content Item’ menu. Simply check already registered users and groups or specify emails in the empty field. An invitation received by email automatically provides access to the content to its receiver. If an unregistered user follows the link in the invitation, automatic self-registration will start.
Capture Leads with Guestbook
It is very useful to know who is viewing your content. To find out who is viewing your public content, use Guestbook. Go to ‘Manage Content Item’ and then open the ‘Guestbook’ tab to specify the required guestbook field that users will be asked to fill in before viewing your public content. The collected information about public content viewers is available via the ‘Guestbook Responses’ report.
Run Reports on Content, Quizzes and People
Multiple reports available in iSpring Online LMS can help increase the effectiveness of learning and control the performance of learners and their interest in the subject. Depending on the type of a content item, iSpring Online LMS provides the list of available reports. Find out how often people are viewing content, which content items they prefer and how successfully they complete quizzes. Tracking people and group activity is also possible with iSpring Online. Export reports to .PDF, .XML and .CSV - whatever is best for you.
Add certificates of completion to content items to acknowledge the achievements of a learner. A certificate, given to a learner after a successful completion of a course/quiz, can be easily downloaded and printed out. iSpring Online LMS provides a default certificate template along with the opportunity to add custom templates.
Sell Your Courses
With iSpring Online you can easily turn your content portal into an online store. All you need to do is just link up iSpring Online with your PayPal account and specify prices for your courses.
Customize Your Account
Change your account URL - use default address
Change the portal's logo by using the account name as a logo, or uploading the logo of your company. The logo will be displayed on all LMS pages to all its users.
Customize fields that will be included in a learners profile and also indicate required and optional fields.
Multiple Organizations
In your iSpring Online account you can create several organizations for managing users and groups. This is especially handy when you need to restrict some content items to users from a certain organization. (For example the same account owner may interact with different companies competing with each other. In this case isolating these companies within your portal is very important.) To manage organizations, follow the ‘Organizations’ hyperlink in the Account Settings.
