In the Account Settings menu on the
Settings page, click the User Profile Fields link.
iSpring Online already comes with several default fields that a user
should fill in to register. You can take a look at these fields in the
table below. But you can always delete or add new fields to collect
information you need.

To add a new field:
- Click the Add New Field button under the list of existing fields.

- Type a name for the new field.

- Choose a field type from the drop-down menu.

This field type is displayed as a drop-down menu with values, which you will be asked to enter separated with commas. |
- Select the Active checkbox, if you want to enable this field for user registration. If you clear this checkbox, it will still appear in the list of existing fields, but it won't be used for registration of new users.
- Select the Required checkbox, if you want to enable this field for user registration. If you clear this checkbox, it will still appear in the list of existing fields, but it won't be used for registration of new users.
To change the order of user account fields:
- Use the Up and Down links

To delete a user account field:
- Click the Remove link under the field name that you want to delete.

- Click OK in the dialog window, to confirm the deletion.
Note: E-mail and Password are required fields, and thus they cannot be deleted.
To edit an existing field:
- Click the Edit link under the field name that you want to change.
- Edit the field.
- Click Save to apply the changes or Cancel roll back.
