The list of content offers various ways to find your content:
You can sort the list of content by Title or Status.
To sort data, click a corresponding column title. A small black triangle to the right of the column title will show the sort order (ascending or descending). Clicking the same column title again will toggle the sort order.
To find your content by title, type the first letters of the title and wait until the system automatically updates the list of content.
To clear a filter, click or delete all characters you typed in the text field.
To filter the content by certain tags, click the Filter by Tags link. You will see a list of all tags used in your account. Click a tag to select it, click it one more time to deselect. You can also use combinations of tags to narrow down the list of content. Just select several tags, and the list will be updated automatically.
You can reset the tag filter by deselecting all tags or by clicking Filter by Tags. A dialog will pop up prompting you to confirm. Click OK, and your content list will get back to its original state.
Breadcrumbs is the line of folder names right under the top menu that lists the full path from the root folder to the current folder. So you can always see the folder you are currently browsing. To return to a higher folder level, just click the folder name in the breadcrumbs.
You can choose the following values for the number of lines in the list: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50.
