On the Settings page, click the Administrator Settings tab. Let's have a look at the Main settings. In this area, you can configure export data options, change password complexity requirements and more.

Include full user profile data in exported CSV and XML reportsAny report can be exported to CSV or XML. Select this checkbox to include full user profile data in the exported CSV and XML reports.

Show content versions in reports

Enable this option. if you want to see the content version in the report
Enforce strong passwordIf enabled, the password requirements will be more complex: at least six characters with one uppercase letter (A-Z) and a number (0-9). If the option is off, you can use a simple pass that includes 6 characters.
Delete users while importing from CSV or XLSXThis option allows you to update the list of students and delete all those who are no longer on your list.

When you import a new (or updated) list, all the users that are not on this list will be deleted from the system.

 

Make sure all the administrators and publishers are on the list, otherwise they will be deleted. If you’re the account owner, your profile won’t be deleted even if you import an empty CSV/XLSX file.

Add "Terms and Conditions" on registration pageAdd terms of use, when a user accesses your content.

To apply your changes, click the Save button. You will see a notification that the settings have been changed.
