We hope iSpring software meets all the requirements you have for PowerPoint to Flash conversion and we guarantee high quality Flash results that iSpring technology provides. If you face unresolvable issues with iSpring, you'll get your money back. Refund requests are accepted within 30 days after your purchase.

The way your Flash slideshow looks after conversion depends on the complexity of an original PowerPoint presentation. Known cases include presentations of 445 slides, 25 video clips, many diagrams and several embedded flash movies that make the process of conversion much more complex and may cause some conversion issues. Generally, iSpring generated movies look identical to your original PowerPoint presentation in more than 95% of cases. The other 5% are usually related to the complexity of the content.

If, for some reason, iSpring software doesn't meet your expectations in conversion or you have issues using it, contact the iSpring Support Team. We will be more than happy to help you with any problem you might have. We appreciate our clients and their time and work individually on every issue.

If you are convinced that iSpring software does not fit your requirements, iSpring Solutions will return your money.

Money Return Procedure

Please note: returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date only. iSpring Solutions uses the submission date of the Return Form to determine the date of request for the refund.

To get your money back, please follow the instructions below.

1. Download the refund_request_form.pdf, print it out and fill it out. Note that all fields are obligatory. After filling out the form, you must sign it.

2. Please scan your filled Form of Return and e-mail it to iSpring Support.

3. iSpring Solutions will issue your refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days from the date of receiving the Return Form.
