How to insert a YouTube video into your PowerPoint presentation for web publishing

Sometimes nothing illustrates an idea you are discussing in a presentation better than a video clip. iSpring software allows the inserting of YouTube videos directly into PowerPoint as well as the embedding of videos and Flash movies from your local computer.

You don't have to be a computer wizard to add YouTube videos to a slide. Just click the YouTube icon on the iSpring panel in your PowerPoint and paste a selected YouTube video URL into the appropriate field. You can resize video and position it anywhere on the slide. Please note that Internet connection is required to playback embedded YouTube videos. You need to upload your presentations online to stream videos during the presentation.

If you want to playback presentations with YouTube videos in an offline environment you can save the desired YouTube clip with a third-party tool as a video or Flash file and then go to "Insert - Movie - Movie from File" in your PowerPoint and select the corresponding file.
