We have gone through compliance tests with uploading iSpring content to Intuition Rubicon LMS, and have confirmed that it accepts and tracks SCORM 1.2 courses.

Just follow this tutorial on how to get your SCORM package into Intuition Rubicon LMS:
Log into Intuition Rubicon LMS as an administrator or course author.
Switch to the Administration tab on the upper right corner.
Select the Learning Item -> Import Learning Item on the left-hand side menu.
Check the checkboxes Desktop browser and Tablet browser depending on your needs. Choose a File from your computer by clicking the respective button and then click Upload.
After the course is uploaded, you will see the message:
Now select Learning Item -> View Learning Items from the left menu to see the list of uploaded items.
Find the SCORM course you just uploaded and click the launch button.
The course will open in a popup.
Note: We recommend Firefox or the standard Windows browser (Internet Explorer) for this course uploading procedure. Chrome might not work with the Web interface of this LMS (i.e., clicking on the launch button may be disregarded).
The SCORM course created with iSpring has been successfully uploaded into Intuition Rubicon LMS. Now assign it to your users and start online teaching!
